Our Pay As You Go support allows you to simply pay for support as and when you need it. We will negotiate with you an agreeable call out period where we guarantee an engineer will attend and assess the situation and requirements.

For a fixed monthly fee we will provide unlimited remote support and maintenance for laptops, desk tops and servers during business hours, with the additional benefit of a lower cost on-site call out cost.  

For a fixed monthly fee we will provide unlimited remote support and maintenance for laptops, desk tops and servers during extended business hours, with the additional benefit of on-site call out,* plus access to online knowledge bank. (*Excluding public holidays)
